1. Service Description
BreakpointAI provides automated code diff analysis for detecting semantic regressions introduced by AI coding assistants. The service includes a REST API, web interface, and CI/CD integration capabilities.
2. Usage Limits
Free accounts are limited to 5 analyses per month. Paid plans have higher limits as described in the pricing section. Exceeding your plan's limits will result in API requests being rejected until the next billing period.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to submit malicious code designed to exploit the analysis engine, or to share API keys with unauthorized users. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Liability
BreakpointAI is provided “as is” without warranty. Analysis results are advisory and should not be the sole basis for deployment decisions. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on our analysis results.
5. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
